Dr. Tayo Onaleye, a Medical Doctor by training, is a business and leadership coach. He is the convener and Lead Facilitator of the ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACADEMY. He facilitates leadership and entrepreneurship capacity building on many platforms and is the Senior Pastor of NEXT LEVEL CHRISTIAN CENTER, Lagos. He is married with children and lives in Lagos, Nigeria.

Wole Olusola is the Lead Pastor of GraceLife Church, Lagos.

He is also a certified Life Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Speaker and Author.

He had an 18 year investment banking career which saw him work for Organizations like Central Bank of Nigeria, First Bank Plc. Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. and BGL Asset Management Ltd.

He is the Lead coach & Trainer at Pronoia Resources Limited, a coaching outfit that helps people get the best out of themselves. He is also the MD/CEO of Trusoft Limited, a software solutions company that is fully engaged in fintech.

Wole also runs The Exquisite Marriage Company in partnership with his wife Ololade and their vision is to make marriages work. He runs a ministry men every Friday in The Men’s Room on Clubhouse.

Wole has a B.A Linguistics degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in marketing from the Ladoke Akintola University.

Dr Olushola Alabi mbbs, Dfm, PG Healthcare Quality, Cert Healthcare Management (PAU/EDC)

Dr. Olushola is a graduate of medicine from the University of Ilorin. With about 2 decades post-graduation experience in both public and private clinical practice out of which 11 years has been in managerial positions and as change management consultant to various healthcare facilities in Lagos, Olushola comes with a broad-spectrum orientation when it comes to medical issues.He has served in technical capacities as Project Director for Global Health Projects and Resources, organizers of the West African Health Expo and the Medipharma Africa Expo, Project Coordinator for the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award, served on the board of Regina Mundi Catholic Hospital, Mushin,St Timothy Catholic Hospital Ojodu and the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos Health Department. He serves on the board of the following companies Pretty Health Ltd, AGOA waste Management Company, Delizact Enterprises. He is a member of various professional bodies such as Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Society for Quality Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN), and Association of Nigerian Private Medical Practitioners (ANPMP). He currently serves as the Medical director for 2 hospitals located in Lagos and Ogun state.

Odunola Onadipe is currently the Chief Operating Officer at DETAIL, a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Firm located in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Human Resource professional with over 23 years’ experience working in a wide range of sectors; FMCG, Public sector, Banking, Consulting, and Legal. She has over 19 years of generalist HR practice including HR strategy, Organizational Development, Employee Resourcing, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and General Administration. She has a demonstrated track record of building and implementing structures in organizations and is highly skilled in the formulation and implementation of best practice policies and procedures.

Mrs. Onadipe is a prolific speaker, life coach and experienced training facilitator. Her previous experience included working as Head, Group Human Resources with BGL Plc (an investment bank) where she was instrumental to the establishment of HR structures and policies. She has also held various positions within Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, First Bank Plc, and MBC International Bank.

Odunola holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK. She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and is currently an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA, and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), USA.

Mrs Onadipe is the owner and Lead Consultant of Maven & Oaks Limited, an indigenous human resource consulting firm located in Lagos, to provide SMEs with critical human resources support needed to ensure business growth.

Mrs. Onadipe is currently an executive committee member of the Ebola Containment Trust Fund (ECTF), and the President of the Association of Law Firm Administrators, Nigeria (ALAN). She is the convener of Gods Girls Club, a social club aimed at teaching the teenage girls & young ladies godly virtues.

Mr Laolu Ogundeyi is the founder and Creative Director of Hollar Designs by Omo Baba Tailor based in Surulere,Lagos. He started the company in 2002 after his university education and registered in 2005. Born in Lagos 26th of December 1976,he had his primary education between 1984 - 1989 at African Church Primary School,Akowonjo and Secondary at Community Grammar School, Akowonjo, Dopemu between 1990 - 1995. He then proceeded to University of Lagos in 1997 where he studied Chemistry and graduated in 2002.

He has attended many business trainings, seminars and conferences in line with his calling as a Minister in the marketplace and as a Fashion Designer.

Mr Laolu Ogundeyi is married to Mrs Tolulope Laolu- Ogundeyi and the marriage is blessed with two children Moyosoreoluwa and Eriifeoluwa. He is a passionate lover of God and minister of the Gospel. An investor and cooperator who alongside other likeminds started a cooperative society in 2009 with 20 members. This cooperative society today has over 100 members spread across different countries of the world.

David O. Oladipo is a Conference and Motivational Speaker, Leadership Development Consultant, Talent Discovery, Development and Deployment Strategist, Life Coach, an Entrepreneur, Ghost Writer, Content Developer, Corporate Strategist, Business Consultant, Pastor and Bible Teacher of over two decades. His passion is to see men and women become everything they can be. He is the Senior Pastor at Success International Church and The Arrow Nation, the Executive Vice President, Warriors Bible College and the Chief Responsibility Officer at DOMI Leadership Conclave. As a businessman, he is the MD/CEO, DOMI Enterprise Solutions, MD/CEO, Daniel Nashville Energy Limited and MD/CEO, Daniel Nashville Development and Property Investment Company Limited. A trained Political Analyst, David Oladipo has a very keen interest in National Development and is therefore a strong believer in citizen participation in governance as a pathway to National Transformation. He is a member, Advisory Council, Directorate of Politics and Governance, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Lagos, Nigeria. He is married to Sarah Olayinka, their marriage is blessed with children and they make their home in Lagos, Nigeria.

Tolulope ‘Ego Adebayo is a highly experienced and skilled professional in the marketing communications industry, specializing in brand identity consultancy, copywriting, brand strategy, and visual branding. With over 18 years of hands-on experience, she has worked with both global brands localized for the African and Canadian market.

Her educational background includes a Master of International Law & Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. Additionally, she holds professional memberships with the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON) as an Associate Member and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK).

As a brand identity enthusiast, Tolulope actively engages with her audience through social media platforms where she mentors and showcases Nigerian startup brands, providing branding tips and strategies to help them succeed. Additionally, she is actively involved in fostering networking and growth opportunities for Nigerian businesses in Canada through her role as the convener of the Canada NaijaBusiness Hub, a telegram group focused on supporting and developing Nigerian businesses in the Canadian market and facilitating networking opportunities in Canada.

Femi Koyi is a business analyst and strategist with background in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is married with kids.

He is a player in the financial market (forex). He is a trainer at the Wisdom Business school, Lagos.

Omotola the 2003 best graduating student from the Department of History at the University of Ilorin in Nigeria. A StartingBloc Fellow and an awardee of the Youth with Enterprise and Innovation in Nigeria (YouWIN) program and a recipient of the National Youth Service Corps Entrepreneurship Development Project Award. At Northwestern University, Illinois, USA he completed the Business & Entrepreneurship Institute as part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, where he received the Northwestern/Robert & Charlene Shaw award for excellence.

An alumnus of Daystar Leadership Academy, Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre, and the prestigious Pan African University, Enterprise Development Centre where he obtained Advance Certificate in Leadership and Entrepreneurship respectively.

Tola works with youth resident in the slums as a mentor and coach through The Youthlive Centre. He founded The Business Support Company, a platform through which he trains, advises, mentors, and guides youth and women-owned startups, these includes nonprofits. He has trained and mentored over 5000 youth entrepreneurs within and outside Africa.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Oludehin Nigeria Company, a printing and publishing firm he started from the University with zero kobo and built with his team into a multi-million Naira venture in Lagos, Nigeria.

Tola is a mentor and coach to several teachers and school leaders in Nigeria. He is also a much sought-after public and motivational speaker in conferences, seminars, and symposia. Tola is an astute advocate for the teaching of History and Peace Studies in Nigerian Secondary and Tertiary Institutions. He is part of the Trinity Empowerment Expert Panel on the development of Peace Studies Curriculum for Schools in Lagos State.

At the moment alongside facilitating the establishment of business incubators in West Africa, working with a team of technocrats and rural dwellers he initiated the Women Independence Finance Initiative (WIFI), a microfinance concept that provides zero percent interest loans and business development training to female micro-entrepreneurs.

Tola is the immediate past Head of Meadow Hall Foundation, one of Africa’s topnotch education Non-profits.

He is presently Head of Funding and Sustainability at Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL).

He is passionate about youth development and the eradication of extreme poverty in the world through education.

Minstrel Chux whose full name is NWOKUKWU, CHUKWUDI PRINCE is a gospel/Inspirational recording

artiste, song writer, and music minister previously signed to FUNMI AYINKE RECORDS; a humanitarian record label in Abuja, now currently signed to STONDORC RECORDS based in Lagos Nigeria.

Minstrel Chux is a graduate of Microbiology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. He further ventured in acquiring some professional experiences such as Health Safety and Environmental Managements, Peace and Conflict Resolution and Entrepreneur skills.

Minstrel Chux has performed in numerous events across the states which include 2021 NUGA Games in UNILAG, OJO Mega praise concert organised by Akpororo along side with Minstrel Akan and the Minstrels, Ajegunle Street Praise, Amuwo Odofin Christmas Carnival Assemblies of God Apapa District, Stand up Mic (Music and Spoken words), Abuja, etc.

He has also been opportuned to minister on same stage with the likes of Tim Godfrey, Akpororo, Ada Ehi, Enkay, Chika 100%, Kleb shout, Victoria Orenze, Peterson Okopi, D Pillaz, not to mention but a few.
